Against a deep blue and magenta setting, Gus moves a flexible strip of coloured lights around his body while the OneStep+ holds its shutter open. The long exposure records the movement as sweeping arcs and ribbons of light, turning his gestures into a luminous analogue image. It presents Light Painting less as a technical camera setting and more as a playful extension of performance.
